About Warranty
Hunter Douglas products are warranted for up to 5 (five) years from the date of manufacture against defective material, hidden defect, or manufacturing error.
In these cases, the purchased product will be repaired or the parts replaced at no charge to the owner. All disassembly, freight and installation costs are excluded.
This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by accidents, violent acts, repairs, alterations, reinstallations, misuse, abuse and / or not being followed.
