Can't say enough good things about this company. Eduardo is amazing, skilled, and extremely personable. He went the extra mile to order spare parts, after fixing our blinds, to proactively ensure that we would be covered for any issues that may arise in the future (which cost us nothing additional). The vertical blinds for one window were partially open and stuck. I called the Blind Specialist who came out the next day. He took one look and showed me that the cord was caught on something. In one second, he freed the cord and that was that! It was so quick and easy that he charged me very little. He was very polite and friendly. Definitely, I will call this company if another problem develops, and I highly recommend them.
