The vertical blinds for one window were partially open and stuck. I called the Blind Specialist who came out the next day. He took one look and showed me that the cord was caught on something. In one second, he freed the cord and that was that! It was so quick and easy that he charged me very little. He was very polite and friendly. Fixed a large (94" wide) honeycomb shade. Eduardo was on time, personable and professional, expedient, knowledgeable and clearly experienced. He not only fixed the shade's broken "pull" but actually made the large shade much easier to operate. He had pertinent and very helpful information about the operation of and quality of shades.
